Hi Everyone,
Big thank you to our P&F - Rose and her team, and the Dads who volunteered to set up, for a marvellous Mothers Day Breakfast! Loads of people on the oval having a great time, celebrating important people in our lives.
Breakfast was followed by our Year Six assembly, which was also focused on Mothers Day, and which was a load of fun! Congratulations to the children, and to their teachers Nikita and Pete for such a fantastic experience!

Sickness - Thank You
There is a wide variety of afflictions families are again dealing with this term. Nobody, adult or child who is unwell, should be on campus. Our sincere thanks to everyone who collected sick children promptly and kept them home until they were fully recovered,. By doing this you keep transmission to a minimum. Your support means so much to our community. Thank you for that support.

CPSSA A Division Swimming Carnival
On May 5 Holy Rosary competed in the CPSSA A Division Swimming Carnival at HBF Stadium. The squad gave 100% with fantastic performances all day. In the end we finished 3rd out of the 16 schools which form our association which is amazing given the size of our school. I would like to thank all our wonderful staff for supporting our children and helping to make sure that the carnival ran smoothly. In particular, I would like to thank Mrs Catherall who coached our team in the lead up to the day.
We can now say goodbye to swimming and turn our heads to Winter Sports for Year 6 and the Cross-Country season. I will send out more information about both events in the coming weeks including some dates and times for running club. See you all at the next adventure.

What a fantastic Book Fair we had!! Lots of fun and lots of new books for the library as well as some extra spending money for other library essentials. Special thanks to the amazing Library Monitors for all their hard work setting up, helping little ones with wish-lists and serving our customers. James, Nathan, Oliver F, Oliver R, Pia, Elisabeth, Eve, Alex and Mitchell, THANK YOU for all your help. Without you and the help from lovely Mrs Kaiser, Mrs Summers and Anna Capolingua, the fair would not have been the success it was. We hope that everyone enjoyed it, and loved going home with new books. I will drop re-orders off to class as soon as they arrive.
Thank you again for all your support of the Book Fair and your school library,
Mrs Butson
