Summary
Rent is a rock musical based off of Giamoco Poccini`s opera La bohe`me. This show is about a group of povershed, young artists and musicians who struggle to survive and make a living in modern day East Village New York. The story mainly centers around two roommates: Mark and Rogers. Rent shows the life of youngsters who live with depts to pay, the life of someone with the HIV/AIDS virus, and many other real life situations.
