~Vitamin D can increase nerve growth in your brain, and researchers have located metabolic pathways for vitamin D in the hippocampus and cerebellum of the brain. In adults, research has shown that low vitamin D levels can result in poorer brain function, and increasing levels can help leave older adults with better memory.
~Contrary to what people think, the main source of your brain is not glucos, it is ketones. Ketones is the fat that your body mobilizes when you stop feeding it carbs and introduce coconut oil and other foods like healthy fats into your diet. A one-day fast can help your body to restart tself, and start to burn fat instead of sugar.
~Choline is a very important nutrient your body makes in small amounts. However, you must consume it through your diet to get enough. In adults, choline helps keep your cell membranes functioning properly,it helps the nerve communications, prevents the buildup of homocysteine in your blood and reduces chronic inflammation.

~A interesting experiment i read about was if you were studying for a test or anything and you are listening to a specific song and that song comes on when you are taking the test you are more likely to remember the information. This is because the brain connected the song with what you were memorizing!
