Eagle Staff-9/7: Athletics & More
Eagle Staff Ravens SOAR-Ownership, Academic Focus, Respect
Welcome to the 21-22 School Year!
Eagle Staff Ravens SOAR:
Scholars Show Ownership, Academic Focus, and Respect & Responsibility
1. If your student is going to be absent from school or needs to leave school early, call our attendance line at 206-413-2304 or email eaglestaff.attendance@seattleschools.org. Tell us the name of your student and the reason for the absence/early dismissal. If your student has been exposed to and/or has tested positive for Covid, contact the school nurse at alstreet@seattleschools.org to notify us as soon as possible.
2. Students will be able to enter the school building at 8:20 am for breakfast, but not sooner than that. When they enter, students will be asked to sit safely in the lunchroom. This will help us to maintain as much healthy and safety as possible.
3. Boys and Girls Club will begin their after school program on Monday September 13th. This is an onsite program that starts after school until 6 pm. We are working on beginning a before school/morning program, but that is not yet in place. To sign up for Eagle Staff Boys and Girls Club, go to https://positiveplace.org/.
4. Thank you to our many volunteers who have worked to make our school grounds beautiful, to provide t-shirts for our 6th graders, to get our music programs up and running, to create our start of school packets, and so much more.
5. Over the summer Seattle Schools migrated all school web pages to a new platform. We are beginning to repopulate our web site, and hope to have much more information soon!
Thank you Eagle Staff--it is a pleasure to work with you and your students.

September SOAR Focus: Ownership
We care for our building, our learning tools, and our earth, and we leave them better than we found them.
We wear masks at all times. If we are eating, our masks are still hanging from one ear. We maintain a safe social distance and respect health & safety.
We give kindness and care to those around us by asking thoughtful questions, providing support, and accepting help.
