This week's BUZZ
Week of April 17th (week 6 of virtual learning)
April Vacation....time to unplug and unwind
I am hoping this week everyone can decompress. I'd like you to focus on your families well being. This has been a lot. A lot to handle for everyone. Take some time to pray and get outside. I wish you a wonderful chance to unwind, unplug and enjoy your family. I'm hoping the weather will pick up and you can get outside. I'll be working on my Earth Day Challenge by planting some seeds and cleaning up my yard. I hope you too can enjoy the great outdoors. Please send some pics. I'd like to share them with everyone.
Please complete the following survey to help us better serve you. HERE
God bless.

Earth Day Challenge
COVID19 has changed our way of learning...at least for the time being.
It's important for you to sign up for financial aid if you think you will need it for the 2020-2021 school year. Doing this is important in being eligible to receive assistance.
At this time, we are not sure if we will return to class on May 4th. Either way, we will continue planning for the 2020-2021 school year. We will continue to do our best in offering the tools to make sure your children are learning what they need to know.
In order for us to plan and create a budget, it's important for you to know that we rely on real time numbers and those numbers come from those that have registered. We respectfully request that you complete the registration process so that we may plan for the future.
St. Anna continues to pride itself on it's dedication and commitment to our Faith and to our Academics. Help us to recruit more families and share your love of our school. Our unique and awesome community.
Remember our Referral Incentive :
Tuition referral credit of $500/family prior to September 1st.
Referring families must register before September 1st and your tuition will be credited $250 on September 30th and again on June 1st. when they have completed the entire school year.
Nurses Corner - Important news and updates
The Diocese of Worcester and St. Anna have your child's safety and health in mind.
COVID-19 is a respiratory illness caused by a novel (new) virus, and we are leaning more about it every day. There is currently no vaccine to protect against COVID-19 at this point.
The best way to prevent infection is to avoid being exposed to the virus that causes it.
To prepare for possible community transmission of COVID-19, St. Anna is implementing virtual learning. With your help, students will remain engaged and up to date on subject matter even though they are not in the school building. Thank you teachers and parents for your commitment to our students.
Keep informed and up to date as changes occur in the protection against COVID-19. These sites are updated regularly with the latest guidance regarding accurate data from the scientific community.

GALA CANCELLED UNTIL NEXT YEAR
Books and Beyond
Students should be continuing with their reading and recording on the tally sheets even though we haven't been in school to collect the sheets and hand out prizes.
Something will be planned in celebration for the program coming to an end for when we get back to school. If the school quarantine is extended, there will be a plan as well.
Thank you to Mrs. Thomas and all the volunteers that have worked so hard in making this program a success, for making it so fun and enjoyable for all our students.
