SEL Activity: Big Emotions vs. Small Emotions
Do you ever have a crazy reaction to something really small?
We see this in our students every day, too. It’s not their turn to be line leader, so they pout for two hours. Or they make a small mistake on their art project and rip the paper up.
The feelings worksheets will help students differentiate between situations that truly deserve a big emotion and those that really only deserve a small reaction.
Activity: Depending on the grade level, you may choose to complete the activity as a class or in small groups.

Kudos to Nurse McAdams for doing an incredible job at designing the Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment envelope checklist.
Kudos to Mrs. Mallard and Mrs. Gibson for being thoughtful enough to ask if I had eaten when I was extremely busy.
