Auxilary Lift - Incline Bench
The incline bench press works a variety of muscles in the chest, arms and shoulders. These include biceps, triceps,and pecs.The Importance maintain these muscles are that they allow you to perform daily tasks such as lifting things, sitting up,brushing your teeth,etc.
How to Properly perform the lift: When doing incline bench the lifter lifts the bar off the rack goes down until the bar hits his/her chest then they go back up and repeat this 10 times and three sets.

It is important to have upper body strength because the upper body controls your ability to perform everyday activities such as reaching, pulling, pushing and lifting.
How to Properly perform the Lift : When doing this lift you take the bar off the rack go down until the bar touches your chest and then you go back up until your arms are straight
