  • Call Recording Issue— we have resolved the issue with voicemail messages playing back heavy static.
  • User Interface Enhancements— at the end of August, we released new enhancements to the Landing Page, Property Search Widget, and Prospects pages for multi-site users.

3 Month Support Overview

Over the last 3 months, a total of 210 cases were submitted with an average resolution time of 2.8 hours. In August, the average age of cases increased by 2 hours as a result of some cases staying open longer than anticipated due to the scheduled Lead2Lease update in early September.
