Shree Raghunath Temple would like to Thank All the volunteers and community people across Dallas Texas , who have contributed towards the successful Clothing drive that was organized for the Under Privileged people in India.

Tons of bags of usable clothing was collected during this 2 day event. Items donated included Indian/Western Clothing like Sarees, Kurta Pyjama , Salwar Kameez, and various other Indian wear.

Adult, Middle,High School Volunteers and Hindu Seva Samaj people from various parts of Dallas have fully invested and stepped forward in making this event a great success.

The volunteers have effortlessly worked towards setting up the campaign, packing, sorting, creating goodie bags to appreciate donors.

Sorting and Packing of the donated items is almost 95% Completed. We are still receiving bags of clothing from few of the donors.

Shree Raghunath Temple Management Team is currently chalking out the shipment process and other formalities that are needed to be completed with Government of India prior to shipment.

Prior to the beginning of this campaign, the temple had estimated tentative cost towards shipping of the bags of donated clothing but due to the overwhelming response on the Clothing Drive day and the No of bags of clothing that was donated has increased, The temple would like to request All the donors to contribute further towards the shipment cost.
