December Exam Week Wellness Events 2014

Take Good Care of Yourself This Week:

Sleep well, eat well, exercise, and hydrate every day!

Wellness Events Sponsored by EWSPA:

Tai Chi Classes taught by Ken of White Lotus Martial Arts: (three 30-minutes sessions)

  • Tuesday 12/16 in the Dance Studio from 1 - 4 pm


Study Break Snacks:

  • Thursday 12/18 in the Library beginning at 10:30 am

Meditation Breaks:

BB Library - 2nd Floor (approximately 15 minutes per session)


  • Wednesday 12/17 - 8:00 am, 11:00 am, and 3:30 pm
  • Thursday 12/18 8:00 am, 11:00 and 3:15 pm
  • Friday 12/19 - 8:00 am

Pace yourself! This is much more effective!

  • Space your rehearsal - Make goals and do a little bit each day.
  • Distribute your practice - rotate subjects, take breaks in between, repeat!
  • Study ACTIVELY - study groups; white boards; Quizlet games; concept cards, etc.

Extended Library Hours:

Saturday 1-7 pm w/ snacks & treats!
