Professional Development

Teachers have set their professional goals for the 2022-2023 school year. Some professional goals teachers are working on:

  • Learning more about the SEL component and how to incorporate in lesson plans.
  • Utilize Canvas to enhance classroom instruction and communication.
  • Increase expertise with the HMH curriculum resource in order to increase my knowledge with course content and improve instruction.
  • Use data from formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and guide instruction.
  • Incorporating more collaborative projects in the classroom.

Teachers are off to a great start collaborating in grade level meetings to ensure the best instruction for our students.
