For Hurst Hills Families and Youth 10-14 yrs
Join us for this nationally recognized program designed to:
Help parents build on their strengths in showing care and concern and setting limits
Help youth develop skills to handle peer pressure and build a positive future
Help families grow together
Sessions will be hosted at Donna Park Elementary

Student Sessions Include These Topics
- Having Goals and Dreams
- Dealing with Stress
- Peer Pressure and Good Friends
Parent Sessions Include These Topics
- Making House Rules
- Encouraging Good Behavior
- Handling Stress
Family Sessions Include These Topics
- Appreciating Family Members
- Building Family Communication
- Families and Peer Pressure
The following supports will be provided with the class if needed
- Meal provided
- Transportation provided if needed within ten miles
- Babysitting provided if needed
- Groups available in Spanish
- Free bag of groceries each week
