Students with higher grades are more likely to be physical than students with lower grades.
Nearly half of American youths aged 12-21 years are not vigorously active on a regular basis.
Inactivity is more common among females (14%) than males (7%) and among black females (21%) than white females (12%).
How to prevent Physical Inactivity.
Find a good time of the day where you're not busy and try to get 25-30 minutes of exercise each day.
Have a friend or family member workout with you so you want to work out and you will have fun.
