Monarchy
A Monarchy is a form of government in which sovereignty is actually or nominally embodied in one individual reigning until death or abdication. They are called monarchs.
Who Rules?
The rulers in this government are a king and a queen. In order to rule it has to be inherited. The nobles are usually what give the king and queens all power by upholding laws and providing food. The people usually have little to no say. The people were usually excluded if they did bad. Queen Elizabeth. Good things are it continues tradition. Bad is that it is only good as the leader, so the poor can be disastrous.
