PARCC English language Arts Assessment this week

We will continue PARCC tests this week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. After tests are completed, students go the cafe for a snack and outside for a short recess, weather permitting. Please make sure your child has had a good night's sleep and is dressed for the weather. Also, please discuss the importance of doing your best.. many students race through the tests and do not use the minimum amount of time required. The tests are not something to stress over but doing one's best is a good habit to foster in any circumstance.

The school has a video entered in the Collaboration Nation video contest

Please check it out. Vote for it once each day. Please share with friends. We can win from $15,000 to $50,000 for technology that would make enrich our program. woobox.com/d8w8ji/vote/for/15331106

Following Directions

Spring has sprung but school is not done. Students need to listen more carefully and follow directions more closely. There has been too much chatter and "sound effects" coming from students. We need to be better listeners.
