A Peek Inside the Week - Dec. 16th, 2022
A Note from Your Principals
To see the way all these communities have rallied around the Goetz family has brought so many of us to tears. Your generosity and all the small acts of kindness sent their way have made their tragic experience feel a bit more manageable. We know that the packing of snacks/lunches for the boys, all the donations of clothing/toys, connecting them to resources/supports in the community, and ensuring that the boys would have a Christmas, has Timothy, Rachel, Isaac, Ben, and Levi feeling not so alone.
This was confirmed last night when this shout out was received: "Shout out to the entire Eli Terry community for the overwhelming generosity and support we have received at this very difficult time", from the Goetz Family.
We are thrilled to share that our pajama day today raised $6500!!!! Your monetary donations will help Mr. and Mrs. Goetz begin to find a sense of normalcy over the coming days, weeks, and months.
If you would like to support the family in another way, next week we will be collecting gift cards. Please feel free to purchase a gift card to any of the following places: Kohls, Target, Amazon, Stop & Shop, Trader Joe’s, Door Dash, Longhorn Steakhouse, McDonald’s, Jersey Mikes, Red Robin, Buckland Grill, Chick-Fil-A, D’Angelos, Pasta Vita, Dave & Buster's, or any other local restaurants.
Thank you for reminding Mr. Kenyon and I, along with our staff, how lucky we are to be a part of the Eli Terry community. Thank you for reminding us that even with all the challenges in our world, there is SO much good. Most importantly, thank you for wrapping the Goetz family in SO much love.
What a way to head into the final week before the holiday!
A Successful CCMC Pajama Day for Kids!

Across the state, this fundraiser raised $346,850!!!!
