We have a limited supply of items for students in need, such as: hygiene items, blankets, backpacks, school supplies, and food. Please have your student visit with their house counselor, principal or Mr. Brown for more information.

Senior Slideshow Pictures
Please visit the Senior Slideshow link to submit pictures for the Prom slideshow up to April 17th at 4:15 PM. You may come back as many times as you'd like and submit pictures all year long!
Prom Ticket Prices & Sales
Prom Ticket Sales & Distribution of Free Tickets (earned based on fundraiser participation) will begin Monday, March 23rd and will end Tuesday, April 14th.
Seniors choosing to purchase a prom ticket are required to have a zero balance in Skyward Fee Management prior to getting in line to buy tickets.
Seniors must bring ID to purchase ticket/s.
Each senior is allowed to invite and purchase a ticket for one guest.
Guests who are current BHS 12th graders must have a zero balance in Skyward Fee Management.
Guests who are not current BHS students - BHS Senior must complete, Application for "Not a current BHS Student" Prom Date , a minimum of 24 hrs prior to purchasing a ticket. Requires upload of the non-BHS student guest's State ID. Must be under 21 yrs of age.
All sales are CASH ONLY
Students who earned a free prom ticket/s must follow the same processes as those who are purchasing a ticket.

Cameron Allen, Erin Cobb, Kara DuPont, and Emilee Trevino received the highest score for their ensemble performance.
Kaeli Pankey was chosen as outstanding performer.
Christian Jackson, Jordan Pool, Addison Reyna, Kalyn Rotthoff, Jerrin Sims, Cadence Taft, and Hannah Watson were chosen as outstanding performers and advanced to the BISD Vocal Honors Recital. The recital will be held on February 28th in the BHS Choir room.

This link will take you to a pdf of all the scholarships that the district has information on. They are all organized by due date. The ones highlighted in teal are local scholarships.
I know searching for scholarships can get overwhelming. Start by exploring the pdf and to making a list of the ones you potentially qualify for and then make a schedule or set a goal to complete a certain number of applications a week. Some students try to do one a week and some try to do more; it kind of depends on the types of scholarships they are filling out.
Make sure you check the College & Career Twitter page for new scholarships!
- Complete FAFSA
- Send SAT/ACT to colleges
- Apply to at least 3 colleges (most deadlines are before Thanksgiving)
- Send transcripts to colleges (link here)
- Begin applying for Scholarships (ideally, 4-5 per week)
- Sign up to take SAT/ACT in fall 2019 or spring 2020
- Take SAT/ACT again over summer and/or Aug./Sept. of senior year
- Identify at least 5 colleges where you’d want to apply and figure out admission requirements
