Sunnyvale PD hosting prescription drug take back event
The Sunnyvale Police Department is participating in the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) National Prescription Drug Take Back Day tomorrow, April 30.
National Prescription Drug Take Back Day reflects DEA’s commitment to Americans’ safety and health, encouraging the public to remove unneeded medications from their homes as a measure of preventing medication misuse and opioid addiction from ever starting.
Old, unneeded, or unwanted prescriptions can be dropped off at the Sunnyvale Police Department - 364 Long Creek Rd., Sunnyvale, TX 75182 - between the hours of 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. to be disposed of properly.
Early Voting
Town Hall will be an early voting location for the May 7 Constitutional Amendment and Joint Election.
Early voting dates and times:
- Monday, April 25 - Saturday, April 30; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Sunday, May 1; 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
- Monday, May 2 - Tuesday, May 3; 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
