The Health Triangle

1. What do you hope to accomplish during high school?

High school seems like a bit of a challenge to me, so, I hope to get good grades and to hopefully be in the top 10 or top 10%. I want to be the best I can be.

2. What do you see yourself doing after high school?

After high school, I see my self in a university studying for a career or graduated from a university with a bachelors degree working with a good pay check and a family.

3. What do you hope your life will be like in your 20's?

I hope that i will be fit and healthy in my 20's, with a house, and a good paying job(maybe a family too).

4. 3 things you could do to improve your health.

1- 1 thing i can do to improve my health is to have a healthier diet. This is the hardest thing for me to do. I just love eating all that junk food but I know that it is bad for my health.

2- Another thing I can do is to exercise. I don't really have a problem with that because I already play soccer as well as some other sports but it is important to stay fit.

3- The last thing i can do to improve my health is to get daily check ups from the doctor and get any medicine if necessary.

5. At home I like to ...

I like to be lazy and pretty much watch TV all day at home. I usually every once in a while go outside and play basketball or just walk my dog.

6. At school I like to ...

In school, I just like hanging out with my friends and sometimes learn something new .

7. People I like to hangout with ...

I like to hang out with people that play soccer with me or just people who I've known for some time. I'm very shy so i don't really like making new friends.

8. I am good at ...

In my opinion, I believe that I am good at learning new things in my classes. I consider my self smart and I'm also good at soccer.

9. A quality I like about myself & that I'd like to change.

1 think I like about my self is the fact that I'm very opened minded so if someone starts talking to me I can keep the conversation going. One thing I would like to change is my shyness because I think it's holding me back from many things I can achieve if I'm not shy.

10. Something new I'd like to try.

I would like to try and make new friends because I know that not all friends are forever so it's good to have many friends, and since I'm bad at that, I would like to get better at it.

12. What do you think are positives & negatives on your health today?

I think that positives are my sport activities because it's a type of exercise and it can help me stay in shape. The negative is my diet because I don't have the best food choices and it's all over the place. Sometimes it's junk food but sometimes it;s healthy food like salads and fruit.
