This story uses alliteration. An example of alliteration is bad beginning in the title. In this story there is also onomatopoeia. An example of onomatopoeia is argh.

The story is about Sunny, Klaus, and Violet Baudelaire. Their house burns down, their parents die, and now they are orphans. Those are just some unfortunate events. They have to live with an evil man named Count Olaf. He is mean and tries to steal the orphans fortune. Once Mr.Poe found out he tried to capture Count Olaf, but Count Olaf got away. He promised the children he would be back for their fortune.

I like this story for many reasons. One reason I like the story is because it has many unfortunate events. For example, when the kids house burns down.
