Get oriented, intro yourself, meet other participants online
Please delete the previous flyer sent to you! This is the one you should read and follow.
Ash brings over ten years of experience in the International Education field from managing study abroad programs and providing visa consulting services to coordinating volunteer immersion trips and teaching English as a Second Language. She has traveled and volunteered across Europe and Asia, and has helped launch social enterprises in Cambodia.
Ash is working on her Master's degree at the Middlebury Institute for International Studies in Monterey, California in International Education Management and Public Administration with an emphasis in Social Entrepreneurship. She is an advocate for intercultural dialogue, environmental stewardship, and global citizenship. "It is in our conversations and immersive experiences that we learn about ourselves and the world around us." This, she believes, is what sparks collaborative and innovative ideas that can solve social issues.
Ash is excited for the Social Innovation program, and very thrilled to meet passionate changemakers (you all) this summer!

After June 25th, the ESI staff will select the best times and email the final schedule to all participants. If you absolutely cannot make any of the times or cannot access Skype, we will send you a recording of the session.
Challenge 1: About Me [Due June 25]
Everyone shares three pictures about themselves with captions of brief explanations on the VIA Social Innovation Facebook group page.
Picture One: A glimpse of me (could be a selfie, a family picture, or any photo including you)
Picture Two: One thing(s) that I like (could be an object, a scene, etc.)
- Picture Three: Free style. Any picture you would like to share that you think might help us know you better.
