Washington Character Parade--
The parade is scheduled for next Wednesday, 10/31 at 1:30pm. Our 5th graders will lead all other students and staff on a neighborhood parade! Costumes are optional. If students are wearing costumes, please remember to wear sensible shoes since we will be walking around a couple of blocks, no weapons, and no masks that obscure visibility. Your child's classroom teacher will provide directions on whether students should come to school dressed or if they will change here at school prior to the parade.
Parents are welcome to attend and watch the parade. Parade Route: South on 68th Street to Lloyd. East on Lloyd Street to 67th Street. North on 67th Street to playground.
If you are plan on taking your child home after the parade, you must ENTER through 68th street doors and check him/her out of the office.
