Lost and Found
Our Lost and Found has A LOT of lost coats and jackets. Please be sure to stop by our front lobby or remind your child to check the lost and found if they are missing any items. All items not collected by Friday, December 17, will be donated.
Message from your Proud Principal
As some of you know, comics are one of my favorites. As a child I can remember running to the end of the driveway each Sunday morning to retrieve the Sunday paper for the prized comic section of the newspaper. There is so much to infer from comics and I learned some valuable life lessons as an avid comic reader. One of my favorites is this rare Whitman comic, from December of 1980, where Winnie the Pooh is ready to catch a wobbly Piglet. From Winnie, I learned the character of a friend and how they help those in need and encourage them to persevere. As I've grown older, I see that it's not just Winnie whose character shines in this comic; it's all the animals. Squirrel and Tigger are right there also, encouraging Piglet and ensuring his safety. As in the Hundred Acre Wood, all of us in the Parsons community are here for our students as they take risks to learn and grow. As they walk the tight rope of life, we are all here for them, encouraging them along the way, and for this I am grateful.
With Gratitude,
Mrs. Clark
