Lightspeed Blue Screen
If you are unable to connect to the internet, it is probably because you have not logged in to the Lightspeed blue screen. Try these steps to get the blue screen up:
- Type "seagravesisd.net" in the search bar.
- Type "yahoo" in the search bar.
- If you are on an iPad, clear the cache and try logging onto the web again.
- Check to make sure your wireless is switched to "on."
- Restart your browser.

Aware/Eduphoria: Test is not in "Test Available"
- Print answer sheets to activate the test.
- Check to make sure the date is correct (administration tab).
- Make sure you have hit the green triangle at the top right to activate the test.
- Under the students tab, click "selected teachers for printing" then check your name.

Audio Texts by Denise Marion
1. Select a voice recorder (Quicktime, Windows recorder, Vocaroo, Screen-Cast-O-Matic, Screen-CastIfy, etc.)
2. Record yourself reading the text.
3. Save the recording to your desktop.
4.Upload the recording to iTunes (iTunes will convert your file for you.)
5. Upload the iTunes file to your Google Drive or create a folder for your recordings on your desktop so you can keep your recordings organized.
6. Email the file to your students or add the file to Google Classroom or Edmodo.
Steps for uploading audio texts on cd to Google Classroom:
1. Put your CD in your computer.
2. Click "yes" to import to iTunes.
3. Create a new playlist that has your book title.
4. Drag your new files to your book title over on the left.
5. Go to Google Classroom.
6. Click to add an assignment at the bottom right.
7. Click the paperclip then files from my computer.
8. Click on Music, iTunes, iTunes media, music. Click on the chapters you want to upload.
9. Hit upload in Google Classroom.
10. Fill in the information for your assignment and hit Assign.
Students can have a copy of the text and will be in control of when to pause and rewind as they follow along.
