Short Summary
Pyramus and Thisbe are a couple of young-ins that are in love. Unfortunately, their families hate each other. They whisper things through a crack in the wall, when they finally can't take it anymore and decide to elope. But, when Thisbe shows up to the mulberry tree where they're suppose to meet, a bloody-jawed lioness happens to be there. Thisbe runs and hides leaving her shawl behind. When Pyramus arrives, he sees the lioness ripping apart the shawl that is all bloody by now. Assuming that Thisbe is no longer alive, he decides to stab himself with his sword. Thisbe then later arrives to the bloody scene and sees Pyramus motionless. She decides to stab herself with Pyramus sword, too.
