Fredericktown ES Tomato Show
September 9, 2022
Tomato Show Edition
What does the Tomato Show mean to Fredericktown Elementary School? It means teachable moments, building relationships and developing community ties. Students and staff participated in a variety of educational and community building activities over the past week. It is very nice to see all the different activities happening throughout the building.
Additionally, as the new year gears up; routines, procedures and practices are getting stronger within classrooms and throughout the building.

PBIS Assembly with a Tomato Show Theme
School House Rocks
Our teachers and staff have done very well to develop quality relationships and interactions within our community. This is a picture of our elementary team performing at the Tomato Show in the lip sync event. Staff provided an encore on September 9 for all our students. They performed on the football field as part of our PBIS celebration. PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Intervention Support, and it is a system or framework for supporting our students positive behavior and social interactions. Students thoroughly enjoyed getting out in the sunny weather and participating in the performance. My compliments go out to staff who rehearse the routine and offered to share it not only with the community but with our students as well.
Great Job!
