Peek at the Week
April 8-12, 2019
Food for Thought
"Please don't take school work home over Spring Break. Relax, rest, sleep late, catch up on your reading and/or binge watch your favorite shows/movies, hang out with friends and family; just enjoy your much needed time off. Rejuvenate and gear up for the last stretch to finish strong. If you're traveling, have a great time and please come back to us safely!" Jean

HORNET NEWS!
ENRICH
Just a reminder to please update your interventions on students in Enrich.
BUS DISMISSAL
*Please note that students riding Bus#1 are not to leave from classes early. They will be called or someone will come and pick them up. This is a safety hazard for they are not being supervised and the bus has been running late. We need them to remain in class.
*4th and 5th grade Challenger Students are to walk with 4th and 5th grade bus students and stay with teachers in the same area, until an all call for Challenger has been made.
SHOUT OUTS
Please feel free to put them up on the board outside the cafe. At the end of the month, we'll have a drawing of the names! Michele Montgomery and Susanne Willard won for March!
CLASSROOM VISITS
Please either grab us in the hall or email us about coming to read to your classes! I had a great time reading to Mrs. Gilmore's class last week.
REMINDERS
Supervision of students is of paramount importance. All teachers should be on lunch and recess duty actively monitoring the students as well as escorting your classes to Specials and picking them up. Never leave students outside of a classroom unsupervised. When something happens, and it will, we have to be able to say that we were present and monitoring.
Remember to enter your grades into Canvas every Friday.
Please watch WTLL every morning at 7:45 for important announcements that pertain to students and staff.
