The EdTech Connection
Making the connection between ed and tech: 30 Mar 2020
Tip of the Day
Every day (for now), I'm sharing a tip on Twitter for using itslearning in this extended online closure. I started this when extended online learning was first announced, so go back to see what has already been shared by going to the slide deck. Bookmark it and come back every day for a new tip!
Today's tip: Conference directly in itslearning!
Come and MEET me!
Still getting used to Google Meet? Check out these tips that I put together!
Schedule a Meet using Google Calendar OR start a Meet & save the link for yourself. Announce the meeting time in advance. DON'T SHARE! 5-10 min before, share the link to the Meet with those who need it. Greet people as they enter, check that they can hear & be heard. After the 5th person enters, they will be muted automatically. After the meeting, be the last person to leave. Remove the link to the Meet. Replace it w/a link to the recording (if recorded).
