April's Student of the Month Breakfast Honorees

Senior Grades are Due

All grades for graduating seniors are due on Wednesday, May 18th, by 2:25 (This includes both traditional and online classes.) This is the last opportunity to turn in items and still participate in our graduation ceremony on May 21. Please plan accordingly to ensure everyone is able to participate.

Graduation practice will be on Thursday, May 19 at noon. The incorrect date was listed in the May newsletter. It is correctly listed in all other publications. Sorry for any confusion we created with the newsletter.

3rd Annual Athletic Booster Golf Outing

The Strongsville Athletic Booster Club is sponsoring their 3rd Annual Booster Golf Outing on June 17 at Mallard Creek Golf Club. The event starts at 1:00 PM, and the cost is $85.00 per person, which includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, dinner, longest drive, and closest to the pin contest. It will be a great day of fun for a great cause.

Girls Lacrosse Car Wash

On Sunday, May 15, our girls lacrosse team is having a car wash fundraiser at Fiat of Strongsville. The cost is $5.00 per car and donations are welcome. Come get your car washed and support the lacrosse team.

Four Students Represent SHS at "Believe in Ohio" Competition

Four Strongsville High School students traveled to Columbus on Saturday as state finalists in the “Believe In Ohio” Competition. Julia Foust, Justyna Krupa, Jimmy Keating, and Sal Hargis were selected as finalists from more than one hundred participating Strongsville High School students and 6000 students throughout Ohio. This annual competition challenges students to develop a new product or service dealing in the STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Each of the finalists earned scholarship money, as well as grant money for teaching resources at Strongsville High School.
