He was the father of the Constitution and the writer of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He was a federalist because he did not see a need to ratify a document which was just created. He was a Virginian and very good political philosopher. He was often the one to take the notes and write down everything at the Constitutional Convention.
George Washington was the president of the Continental Convention. He was a democrat/federalist. He eventually became the first President of the United States. The one dollar bill has his face on it.
