Mrs Schultz's Super Stars

Room 205

Aug 22nd-26th

Wow this first full week flew by super fast. We were finally able to get most of routines and rules down so we could start having some fun! We learned about the letter Aa this week. We found it in sentences and talked about friends that start with the letter A.

We practiced a weather drill. We talked about tornados and what we have to do when the sirens outside go off. We practiced sitting against the wall in the hallway and keeping our heads down and covered. Some of us were a bit scared, but we talked about how important it is to stay calm and listen for your teacher. The kids did pretty well for their first time.

Parents you are doing a great job getting your kiddos to school every day. Please remember no outside food/drinks/toys at school. We appreciate you all very much. I attached a few articles below ( purple buttons) for you to read on how to help your child succeed at school.

Of course as always, if you ever have any questions or concerns please let me know via email (christine.schultz@parisisd.net) or on Remind.
