Our Puster Team ROCKS! We had a LOT of fun with the 80's hair band theme for mid-year convocation BUT we also spent Monday and Tuesday as a staff reconnecting, refocusing our work and gearing up to smash some GOALS for this second semester!

Puster Families,

Welcome Back! As awesome as it was to have a nice, long break, my family really needed to get back into a routine and I am so happy to see our staff and kids ready to roll again! It's going to be an incredible 2nd semester!

It seems that a LOT of our students received smart watches as gifts. They are so cool and the kids are having fun with them but we see a need to reestablish our rules around this techy fun. Please remember that elementary students are not allowed to bring devices with cellular service. Additionally, if the watch becomes a distraction (i.e. games being played on the watch) it is up to teacher discretion to ask the item be removed/taken home. We appreciate your help with this!

We do have some upcoming volunteer opportunities for grade-level lunch/recess duties. You can sign up here if you are interested in assisting. There will be at least one grade-level teacher on duty with you at all times to assist with consistency and follow-through with expectations. 2nd Semester Lunch/Recess Volunteers.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Puster Proud,

Holly

Volunteers Needed

We have found our cafeteria and recess volunteers so helpful! Thank you! We would like to continue with this support for 2nd semester. We will continue to have one classroom teacher on duty with an additional cafeteria volunteer and 2 additional recess volunteers. It is very helpful when we have consistency (i.e. the same volunteer in the lunchroom on Tuesdays) so we have set up our sign up that way to get us started.

Please sign up here if you are able to help! Thank you!
