Important Reminders for Dual Enrollment
· Textbooks drop off and Pickup Locations have changed. See Flyer.
· Classes begin Jan. 8, 2020
· Spring Break for CF March 16-22
· Exam Week May 1-7
· Drop or Add Classes Without Penalty Jan 8-10
· Last Date to Withdraw (Still remains on Transcript without Grade) April 2
· EVERY DE student must meet with their advisor before they reach 30 credits. Classes will be dropped without that meeting. Call 8542322 ext. 1386 to schedule appointment.
· Check your Degree Audit tab on your Portal.

Senior Cap and Gown Information!
Those seniors who have not purchased their cap and gown must do so by January 10th. After that date, the price of the cap and gown package begins to increase. You can place your order online at www.herffjones.com.
If you want to take cap and gown pictures, please see Mrs. Miller in B-161 between January 13th-24th and make an appointment. The cap and gown pictures will be on January 29th and they are by appointment only.

- Must be Black/African American.
- Must excel academically.
- Must exhibit exceptional leadership potential.
- Must participate in community service activities.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Be a US citizen or hold a permanent resident visa card.
- Be a current high school senior at the time of your application. NOTE: Current college students are not eligible to apply.
