Aerospace engineering is divided into two branches.
1) Aeronautical engineering is the branch responsible for the development, production, design, and testing of aircraft.
2) Astronautical engineering is the branch responsible for spacecraft, missiles, and other equipment that operate outside earth's atmosphere.
