Wellness Wednesdays
This week for Wellness Wednesday, our kids were presented with the following concept and question:
“The beauty of social awareness is that a few simple adjustments to what you say can vastly improve your relationships with other people.”
What are some things that you have said to others that helped improve your relationship with them?
Below are a list of ways you can engage your child in little ways that just may help improve your relationship with them!
CLUBS and ACTIVITIES
Clubs have gotten off to a good start. This coming week Mr. Mosby will start SCIENCE BOWL where students in grades 6, 7 and 8 can join in the fun learning about Science and competing against other middle school teams. The Art Club will start the first week of November with Mrs. Pettus and include lots of new ideas. Chess Club will begin in December. JOIN US! Club information/contact info for club advisors can be found on our website.

In recent years, our generous AMS community has supported the Manchester VA Hospital Outreach Program through the purchase of gift cards for groceries and gasoline. We will have collection jars in the lobby for donations of cash or checks made payable to AMS beginning November 1. Since 2014, we've raised over $12,000. Thank you in advance for your support!
