Where should I go to research employers?
- Company website
- Handshake
- Google search
- www.glassdoor.com
- Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Publications: Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, etc.
What should I look for?
- What is the organization's mission statement?
- Where is the company located?
- How many people are employed there?
- Are there multiple locations/offices?
- Which location do you prefer?
- What good(s) or service(s) does the company provide?
- Are there any new products soon to be released by the company?
- How old is the company?
- What is the organization structure?
- Who are the CEO/President and other leaders?
- How and why has the company/school recently appeared in the news?
- Who are the company's main competitors
- Are there any UGA Alumni that work there? (Find out using the UGA LinkedIn Alumni Tool)

There's no need to register for this event. However, please bring your UGA I.D. for check-in.
