Ban Slaughterhouse 5
By: Symantha Solano
Why
The content ranges from naked men and women in cages together having sexual intercourse for entertainment, to God telling people that they better not mess with his loser, bum of a son, named Jesus Christ.
This book is foul and expresses extreme profane language. This book is ABSOLUTELY inappropriate to be read in a school environment.
Opinion...
This book expresses extreme vulgarity, many sexual phrases, and God and Jesus Christ being disrespected and mocked. In 1973, the Drake Public School Board in North Dakota set 32 copies aflame in the high school's coal burner. Slaughterhouse-Five is number 29 on the American Library Association's List of banned or challenged classics. Honestly, I would absolutely ban this book from any young adult or child to have accessibility to it. This book holds anti-American and anti-christian qualities that I personally would never want my child reading.
This is NOT real!
