Matthew Johnson

Matthew Johnson is a twenty-two year old male. He is a graduate from IVY Tech and now lives in an apartment alone. He works at a local grocery store down the block from where he lives. He works from 8:00am to 5:00pm; Monday through Friday except on holidays. He gets $7.50 as his hourly wage. He can apply for community service so he can get more money to help him supply his personal needs.

Day 1 Meals

Breakfast- Half cup of blueberry oatmeal with two slices of whole grain toast.

Snack#1- A banana.

Lunch- A ham and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread.

Snack#2- 1/4 cup of raisins and 1/4 cup of nuts.

Dinner- Spaghetti with Garlic Bread.

Day 2 Meals

Breakfast-A bagel with low-fat cream cheese.

Snack-A granola bar.

Lunch-A fruit salad including grapes, strawberries, and blueberries.

Snack- Cheese crackers.

Dinner- 8.oz steak with a side a potatoes.

Day 3 Meals

Breakfast-Whole grain pancakes with Sausage.

Snack-An apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter.

Lunch- Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread.

Snack-Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich with whole wheat bread.

Dinner-Baked chicken, half cup broccoli, and a baked potato.

Bertha Johnson

Bertha Johnson is a eighteen year-old female who attends Washington High school. This is her senior year and she wants to make sure she is set for a healthy life. Bertha knows that it all starts with healthy eating habits. She has been applying for all kinds of jobs but for now she's just living with her mother. Her mother pays for most of her needs. Sometimes her mom is in need of money and she can benefit from government family help systems.

Day 1 Meals

Breakfast- A sausage biscuit with strawberry jelly.

Snack-Fruit snacks with 100% fruit juice.

Lunch-Salad with grilled chicken and 1 tablespoon of almonds.

Snack- 1 serving of Cheese-Its.

Dinner-Stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes.

Day 2 Meals

Breakfast-Eggs with a side of turkey bacon.

Snack- Half cup of grapes.

Lunch-A subway sandwich with a bag of plain baked chips.

Snack- Two toasted slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter.

Dinner- Salmon with carrots on the side.

Day 3 Meals

Breakfast-A medium bowl of Cheerios in Soy milk.

Snack- 1/4 cup of raisins.

Lunch- A shake with Kale,an apple, and half a banana blended together.

Snack- A salad with only lettuce, tomato, and 1 tablespoon of ranch.

Dinner- Chili with no meat.
