Restorative Yoga with Kerri McDonald: Never tried yoga before? Tried it, and didn't like it? Restorative yoga is much different from a classic Hatha Yoga Vinyasa flow class, you actually don't do much of anything! Hold each of the 5 poses for 10 minutes or so and enjoy being in a comfortable and fully supported position with blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps in these mind and body opening postures, sure to release muscle tension and relieve stress.
