Nails
Nails serve two important purposes: they serve as protective plates and they enhance our fingerprints and toes. Our fingers and toes contain nerve endings that allow us too process volumes of information we receive every time we touch something.
Hair
Hair is a protein filament that grows from follicles found in the dermis, or skin. Most common hair interest is growth and types of hair care because the amount of protein you normally put in your hair.
Skin
The skin is the largest organ of the body. The skin protects us from microbes and the elements, help regulate body temperatures, and permits the sensations of touch, heat, and the cold.
