Intro to Cross Training Classes in Logan Square!
Class Description: Cross-Training Level 1
This small group Cross-Training class includes bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, cardio, and traditional strength training. All these different aspects are combined for one fun and challenging workout.
Attending the classes at least twice a week will also help establish this amazing community of people that you will soon meet. You’ll get to know people who were strangers at the beginning of the class who will be cheering for you by the end of the hour. By attending on a regular basis you’ll start to move, feel & look better, but you’ll also make our community so much stronger by being a part of it.
