This is an election day. Our campus is a polling location. If you come to vote, you will enter through the GYM doors.

Teachers have professional learning, and students get the day off.

We do, however, miss seeing our families in our school! Thanksgiving lunch was always a great day for families to join their student. To continue the tradition of families joining their student during this time, we've decided to allow for families to come to campus and have lunch "picnic style" during their child's lunch time. Families can bring their own food & chairs or blanket to picnic with their student on the grass (location is the outdoor space between the MPR & the K/1 wing).

On November 17 we welcome parents of students in K, 1st, & 2nd to come during their child's lunch time.

On November 18 we welcome parents of students in 3rd, 4th, & 5th to come during their child's lunch time.

While families are here they can shop the Book Fair and sign up for Giving Tree.

On Morning Run or Read dates ALL students in the designated grade level will report to the MPR (not their teacher's classroom) upon arrival/after breakfast.

Students will have an opportunity to run laps outside until 7:55 at which time they will transition inside. While we encourage all students to get active, students who choose not to run may read silently in the MPR.

Grade levels are assigned the following Morning Run or Read dates:

Kinder: (Mondays) 11/8, 11/29

1st: (Thursdays) 11/11, 12/2

2nd: (Tuesdays) 11/9/11/20

3rd: (Mondays) 11/15, 12/6

4th: (Thursdays) 11/18, 12/9

5th: (Tuesdays) 11/16, 12/7

Volunteers will be needed to support Morning Run or Read. Volunteers will need to be here by 7:10 to help us organize, and will stay until about 8:05. Reach out to PTA Healthy Lifestyles Chair if you are interested in volunteering: traceynhupham@yahoo.com
