Enrollment for 2022-23
Open Enrollment for 2022-23 ended on Friday, February 11. However, families interested in having their child attend GLC may still submit an application. If space is not available in their child’s grade, she/he will be placed on a waiting list by grade level. Seats will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
As a reminder, current GLC students in grades TK-7 are automatically enrolled for the next school year. Once admitted, students do not need to re-enroll each year.
Volunteer Orientation and Training Opportunities
Several of our grade-level teams are making plans for a field trip in the next few weeks! In order to be eligible to assist, volunteers must meet certain requirements. It can take several weeks to meet all of the criteria.
To learn more and to get started on the process of becoming a GLC volunteer, attend one of the following orientations/training:
- Tuesday, 5:30-6:15 p.m. (English)

Expanding access to Transitional Kindergarten
For the 2022-23 school year, the state of California is expanding access to transitional kindergarten programs. Students who will turn five by February 2nd, 2023, are eligible to enroll in universal transitional kindergarten (UTK). This is a new optional grade that precedes Kindergarten. Parents may opt to enroll their child in preschool or UTK. If you have a child who will turn 5 by 2/2/23 and would like her/him to attend GLC, please complete an Enrollment Requiest Form. More information about GLC's UTK program to come soon!
