The Shot Heard Around the World
The Battle of Lexington and Concord
The Battle Begins
The Revolution is on. The British and the Colonists have been arguing for a very long time. Unfair taxes, importing and exporting rights, and the lack of expansion on the american frontier had finally pushed the Colonists to the edge. They started to resist the British government. On the night of April 18th,1775, British troops from Boston marched to nearby Concord to seize an arms cache. Paul Revere and many others sounded the alarm, alerting the minutemen to line up for battle in front of Lexington. The battle was on.
