Ingredients
1/2 Onion
200g Mince
1t Mixed Herbs
Pinch Pepper
Pinch Salt
1 Egg
2t Oil
2 Hamburger Buns
2 t Margarine
2 slices Cheese
4 slices Tomato
1 Lettuce Leaf
2 t Tomato Sauce
200g Mince

Method
1. Wash your hands, pre-heat your grill to high and collect your ingredients and equipment.
2. Finely chop the onion. Whish egg in a small bowl.
3. Place the mincement, egg, onion, herbs, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix well.
4. Form the meat into a patty (flat round).
5. Heat oil in the frypan and fry the meat patty on a medium heat for approx 5-7 mins.
6. Meanwhile- slice the tomato and shred the lettuce.
7. Slice burger bun into 2 round halves. Place on a baking tray and grill until lightly toasted.
8. When the meat patty is cooked, assemble the hamburger and serve.
