MUSTANG SPOTLIGHT - MR. DEAN DiLUCIANO, STRONGSVILLE CITY SCHOOLS MAINTENANCE
Mr. Dean DiLuciano has been working in our District for 13 years. A current member of the Maintenance Department, Mr. DiLuciano has also worked at Chapman Elementary and Albion Middle School. He has a background in construction and also owned a restaurant prior to joining Strongsville City Schools.
“We have a really good team and we have accomplished quite a bit together over the past few years. Our leadership provides us the tools and resources needed for these projects that benefit the entire District. We are lucky to have a group that can do almost anything, given the many different skill sets and experience of the members of our Maintenance team,” says Mr. DiLuciano.
He adds, “There is a tremendous sense of accomplishment and pride when I drive around our District and see the completed projects. Our projects have also given me opportunities to learn new things and gain more knowledge on a set of skills I might never have had the chance to experience before. That makes my job interesting and enjoyable every day.”
Thank you Mr. DiLuciano for being part of a great Maintenance team in our District! #WeAreStrongsville
