Dear Transfiguration Families,

Happy Tuesday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and were able to enjoy the day off.

Picture day is Monday, October 25th. Flyers are going home today. As we did last year, all orders will be done online.

As we are beginning our second month of school, I wanted to send a few reminders for car line drop off:

• Parents should not get out of the car.
• If your PK or K child needs help getting unbuckled, quickly hop out and unbuckle. Do not walk them to their line.
• Your child should be ready with shoes on, things in hand, backpack ready so they can get out once their temperature is taken.
• Please wait until you have gotten to the drop off zone to let your child out of the car (this is after the turn by the playground, parallel to where the children are standing).
• Keep the line moving.

Thank you to everyone who diligently follows these rules and works to keep the line moving and the children safe. For pickup, remember that I am out there until 2:40 so you do not need to wait in the long line. PK/K pickup is 2:15-2:25 only.

REAL KIDS WEAR PINK DAY! - FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22

Transfiguration School will participate in Real Kids Wear Pink Day, a challenge for students to wear pink and raise awareness in the fight against breast cancer. The suggested donation to participate in our charity dress-down is $2.00. All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society® of Hudson Valley, Westchester & Fairfield County in support of the "Real Kids Wear Pink" campaign.
