Counselor Corner
To support our students' socio-emotional growth, self-management is our Great 8 Skill emphasis for the 2nd 9 weeks . Self-management is defined as a person's success in controlling his/her emotions and behaviors, especially in new and challenging situations.
As we are all on a daily quest to manage our various situations, I would like to provide a set of quick tips to practice self-management .If we focus and we are intentional with this practice of self care, we can make a positive impact on ourselves, colleagues, students, and all in the community.
