About Our Partners
Harlem Grown is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Harlem. Our mission is to inspire youth to live healthy and ambitious lives through mentorship and hands-on education in urban farming, sustainability, and nutrition. We work with youth in Harlem to operate school gardens, one-on-one mentoring, sustainability and nutrition workshops, and summer camp programs.
Bolthouse Farms is a juice and smoothie company dedicated to healthier food choices, fresh ingredients, and fresh thinking. Our operations are designed to make use of the entire carrot. From tip to greens, we make sure each inch of the carrot reaches its full potential.
Corbin Hill Food Project is a network of rural farms and urban communities in New York. We work with farmers from upstate New York and community groups in New York City to deliver fresh, local produce to Harlem and the Bronx.
Just Food empowers and supports community-led efforts to increase access to locally grown food, especially in underserved New York City neighborhoods. Just Food provides training and education to community members to help them launch projects like farmers' markets and CSAs, provide education in basic culinary and urban agriculture skills for their neighbors, and advocate to make their corner of New York City a healthier place to live and eat.
Butter Beans provides healthy meals and food education through our tasty, nutritious Food Service program for school meals, Food & Garden Summer Camp, and After-School Cooking Classes. We aim to improve the health and welfare of communities today by empowering youth with the skills and knowledge of seasonal, nourishing foods.
