An exercise class just for us girls

Focus on yourself for a feel good hour of Pilates, Flexibility and Core Strength exercises.

All exercises are adaptable and doable for girls of all shapes & abilities. No more than 10 girls in a session, expect friendly, motivational personal attention & a few giggles along the way. Feeling ready to shape up?

Course starts on Friday 13th September

  • 9.20am - 10.20am at St. Peter's Methodist church, Allison road, Brislington.
  • This exercise course runs for 6 weeks.
  • All girls interested need to sign up via email before friday 13th
  • First session is free for you to try, see if you like it
  • Pay for the rest of course at the end of first session
  • £30 to shape up!

Who is Rache?

  • I'm a fully qualified physical education teacher with 25 years experience.
  • Passionate about inspiring and enthusing others to enjoy the benefits of exercise
  • I'm a wife, a mum, a chatterbox.

What should I wear?

  • Anything you feel comfortable in, soft leggings, track suit bottoms or shorts
  • Trainers or daps! Sometimes we maybe in bare feet.

What should I bring to the session?

  • A drink of water
  • Warm sweatshirt, fleece for end of session
  • A good attitude to do your best

Is there parking?

  • Yes there is, I would encourage you to walk if not too far away
